We offer $30 flat rate UPS Ground Shipping on all orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands.

Please note: Estimated transit times are for addresses in the Contiguous United States. Transit times to other non-contiguous US addresses may take longer.

 
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
  • International, PO, APO & FPO: Unfortunately, due to shipping regulations, we do not ship orders outside of the United States. Please visit the respective regional website to place orders in your area.
  • To mitigate fraudulent orders and to protect our customers, we do not ship to PO, APO or FPO destinations.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Occasionally, the Distribution Center will be closed due to a holiday or our yearly physical inventory. No orders will be processed or shipped when the Distribution Center is closed.
  • Some items sold on our website require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. We comply with these regulations; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains all details regarding your shipment including shipping method and tracking number. Depending on the time your order was placed and processed, creating a tracking number can take up to 24 hours.

Please contact us at consumersupport-na@usdivers.com within a maximum of 10 days of your estimated delivery arrival date if you haven't received your order. After this period of time we will not be able to verify the delivery status of your order, as the tracking will expire.
