RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At U.S. Divers, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help you.
Return Policy
1. Return Window
Products purchased through the official US Divers website may be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.
2. Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
(1) Unused and in original, sellable condition.
(2) In the original packaging with all labels, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
(3) Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
3. Evaluation of Returns
US Divers reserves the right to inspect and determine the condition of all returned items. Products that show evidence of use or are not in acceptable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
For non-quality-related returns (e.g., personal preference, incorrect size, or change of mind), return shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To begin your return or exchange:

Our Customer Service Team will provide a Return Authorization and guide you through the next steps. Please do not send returns without prior authorization.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed.
*Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
*Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process above. A new order will need to be placed for the replacement item once the original is refunded.
NOTE: PURCHASES FROM A U.S. DIVERS RETAILER:
In-Store: If you purchased your gear through an authorized U.S. Divers Retailer, please return it there in accordance with their return and exchange policy.
Online: For all items purchased from other online stores (ex: Amazon, SwimOutlet.com), please contact them directly for their return policy.
