U.S. Divers Brand Ownership and Corporate Affiliation
AQUA MASTER SPORTING TECHNOLOGY CO LLC, the sole owner and parent company of AQUA DIVERS, INC., hereby affirms that AQUA DIVERS, INC. is a wholly-owned subsidiary authorized to exclusively utilize the “U.S. Divers” trademark, logo, and associated intellectual property under a perpetual licensing agreement dated April 19, 2024.
This authorization permits AQUA DIVERS, INC. to manufacture, market, and distribute products under the “U.S. Divers” brand globally, in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. AQUA DIVERS, INC. operates as a legally independent entity incorporated in the State of Delaware (Certificate of Good Standing issued June 20, 2024) while maintaining alignment with AQUA MASTER’s brand standards and quality commitments.
